ROASTED CABBAGE STEAKS Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Oil
Serves 4
1 head cabbage, approx. 2 pounds
⅔ cup Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Oil
Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non- stick cooking spray.
2. Pull outer leaves off cabbage and cut from top to bottom into 1 inch thick slices.
3. Vigorously shake up the Rosemary, Garlic & Herb Oil and pour into a small bowl. Brush both sides of the cabbage with oil being sure to get some of the herbs on each steak. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper Seasoning to taste.
4. Roast on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Carefully flip the cabbage steaks and roast for an additional 30 minutes until edges are brown and crispy.
