Shallot, Scallions and Leeks Vinaigrette Dressing Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning
1 tablespoon Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
5 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
few grinds of salt & pepper
Whisk all ingredients, pour into a shaker bottle. Let sit at room temp for at least 2-3 hours. The longer it sits the better it tastes.
Very versatile! Use it on anything from field greens to romaine to spinach. Also makes a wonderful marinade for tomatoes or mushrooms.
