OVEN ROASTED CARROTS Adobo Seasoning
2 pounds medium carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
3 tablespoons EVOO
2 teaspoons Adobo Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F
2. In a large bowl, toss carrots with EVOO and sprinkle with Adobo Seasoning, mix until well coated.
3. Arrange carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: Add a dash of ginger, cinnamon & clove for a unique flavor.
