OVEN ROASTED CHIPOTLE POTATOES Chipotle Seasoning
2 pounds red skin potatoes
1 tablespoon EVOO
2 tablespoons Chipotle Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
2. Cut potatoes in 1 inch chunks and place in a re-sealable plastic bag; shake until well coated.
3. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until desired texture.
