MASHED ROOT VEGETABLES Oh! so Garlic!
Serves 6
2 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
2 medium carrots, peeled & quartered
1 small butternut squash, peeled & chunked
2 medium turnips, peeled & chunked
2 tablespoons Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Place all vegetables in a medium size pot and cover with water; add salt, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
2. Drain vegetables and mash; stir in Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning, sour cream, butter and broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
