LAYERED SALAD (w) HERB DRESSING Wicked Good Rub
Serves 4
½ cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 teaspoons malt vinegar
1 tablespoon Wicked Good Rub
8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
½ cup chopped cucumber
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 carrot, peeled and shredded
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups large croutons
1. In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar and Wicked Good Rub, refrigerate.
2. In a large bowl, layer remaining ingredients. Just before serving, add dressing and toss to coat. Salt and Pepper to taste.
