BLUE CHEESE GUACAMOLE Guacamole Seasoning
2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded & diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon EVOO
4 tablespoons Guacamole Seasoning
¼ cup coarsely chopped smoked almonds, divided
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, divided
1. Make Guacamole according to package directions, stirring in half the almonds and half the blue cheese.
2. Top with remaining almonds and blue cheese. Serve with you favorite tortilla chips.
