ARTICHOKE AND TOMATO SALSA Sundried Tomato & Garlic Seasoning
About 4 cups
1 – 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 – 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¾ cup chopped onion
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons Sundried Tomato & Garlic Seasoning
1 tablespoon Oh! So Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl: combine all the above ingredients. Chill to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
