ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS Garlic & Rosemary Oil
Makes about 4 dozen 350º oven
3 cups thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (snipped)
¾ teaspoon salt or to taste
1 tablespoon Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
½ cup Garlic & Rosemary Oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Beat eggs & Garlic & Rosemary Dipping Oil in a large bowl.
3. Stir in cheese, Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, salt, and baking mix.
4. Fold in zucchini, onions, & parsley.
5. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles, 2 x 1 inch.
