TOMATO PESTO SANDWICH Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto
4 ciabatta rolls
8 tablespoons Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto
⅓ cup EVOO
½ cup water
8 ounces Swiss, fontina or your favorite cheese, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
1. Prepare Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto according to package directions. Preheat broiler.
2. Slice ciabatta rolls open. Spread prepared Leek & Garlic Pesto on the bottom half of each roll, top with cheese slice and then tomato slice. Place in broiler. Remove from broiler once the cheese melts.
3. Place lettuce leaves over tomatoes and place top half of roll over everything. Slice roll in half and serve.
