SPICY FETTUCCINE Black Bean Seasoning

1 pound fettuccine cooked according to the directions on the package
4 tablespoons butter (½ stick)
¼ cup EVOO
2 tablespoons Black Bean Dip Seasoning, or to taste
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ½ cups water
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
1. In a medium saucepan heat the oil and butter. Add the Black Bean Dip Seasoning, the cilantro and the water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool for at least 3 minutes.
2. Add the cheese and the breadcrumbs and stir to incorporate. Add salt to taste, if desired.
3. Meanwhile cook the fettuccine according to the directions on the package. Drain and return to the cooking pot. Add the sauce and toss to coat the pasta. Serve at once.
