GREEN BEANS WITH SHALLOT BUTTER Shallot, Scallions & Leeks
Serves 4 – 6
1. Melt the butter with the extra virgin olive oil in a small skillet over medium low heat. Add seasoning and cook additional 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
2. Cook the green beans 5 to 7 minutes until crisp yet tender. Drain well. Toss the green beans with butter mixture, parsley & almonds. Serve hot.
