Garden Fresh Pasta Salad

Another delicious Lesley Elizabeth recipe!

GARDEN FRESH PASTA SALAD Sundried Tomato & Garlic Oil

Serves 6

 

4 cups pasta, uncooked

⅓ cup English cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

½ cup diced red onion

½ cup black olives, thinly sliced

½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper

½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

½ cup Sundried Tomato & Garlic Oil

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 
  2. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. 
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. May be served warm or cold.
