FRESH VEGETABLE PIZZA Salmon Grilling Rub
Serves 15

1 tablespoon Salmon Grilling Rub
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
4 ounces black olives, sliced
1 cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup green onion, chopped
2 (8oz) tubes crescent roll sheets
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 375⁰F. Unroll both tubes of crescent roll sheets and place on an ungreased 15 X 10 baking sheet. Press into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake 13 -17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
2. Combine first three ingredients until well blended; chill 2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
3. Spread prepared dip onto cooled crust. Cover with vegetables and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Suggestion: Add some smoked salmon for a delicious addition.
