DILL CUCUMBER SALAD Salmon Grilling Rub
Serves 6
½ cup sour cream
1 cucumber, peeled & thinly sliced
1 large tomato, sliced then cut into quarters
2 slices onion, sliced then cut in quarters
2 tablespoons Salmon Grilling Rub
1. Combine Salmon Grilling Rub and sour cream in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until the vegetable are coating with the sour cream mixture.
3. Chill for one hour and serve.
