SPINACH & PARMESAN BAKE Garlic Oil
Serves 6

2 pounds fresh baby spinach
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons Garlic Oil
1 tablespoon Traditional Italian Seasoning
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F. In a stockpot, bring 5 cups water to a boil. Add spinach and cook covered for 1 minute or just until wilted. Drain well to remove excess water.
2. In a small skillet, heat butter and Garlic Oil over medium-low heat. Add Traditional Italian Seasoning and salt. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Spread spinach in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Drizzle with butter and Garlic Oil mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
