SPICY CILANTRO SLAW Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
Serves 6
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag Cole slaw mix (1 pound bag)
1. In a medium size bowl; whisk together first five ingredients. Stir in Cole slaw vegetable mix.
2. Toss well and refrigerate at least one hour.
