SAUTÉD SPINACH WITH BALSAMIC Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Serves 4

18 ounces fresh baby spinach
2 teaspoons EVOO
1 tablespoon Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning or 3 cloves fresh garlic
1 tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Sauté Oh so Garlic Seasoning and EVOO in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about one minute.
2. Add ½ of the spinach; cook 2 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt, stirring frequently. Add remaining spinach a little at a time, stirring frequently until spinach wilts and all of the mixture is hot.
3. Stir in Aged Balsamic Vinegar; serve immediately.
