BAKED BRIE Oh! so Garlic!
1 small sour dough loaf
1 small wheel Brie Cheese
½ stick butter
1 tablespoon Oh! so Garlic!
1. Place brie on top of bread and cut around it to make the same size shape opening. Shell out the sour dough loaf so that the cheese fits down into the shell.
2. Melt butter and rub around the inside of the shelled out bread and on the inside of the top part of the bread. Sprinkle Oh! so Garlic! inside bread and inside lid; rub in.
3. Remove the white rind on the Brie and place inside loaf, covering with bread lid. Wrap in foil. Bake 30-40 minutes. Make small cuts along bread for guests to tear off.
