PESTO TART Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto
1 unbaked pie crust
1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 medium Roma tomatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Pepper to taste
1. Bake pie crust according to package directions.
2. While crust is still hot, sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
3. Arrange tomato quarters on top of the cheese & sprinkle with Sundried Tomato Seasoning & Pesto.
4. In a small bowl mix 1 cup mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and pepper to taste. Spread mixture over tomatoes.
5. Bake at 375º F for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
