PASTA FOR TWO DINNER Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto
½ cup Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto
½ cup water
⅓ cup EVOO
4 ounces of your favorite pasta, fresh or dry
1 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
1 tablespoon salt
1. Place Leek & Garlic Seasoning in a bowl. Add water and then EVOO. Let stand 15 minutes or warm in the microwave. Stir in 1 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan.
2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Toss with pesto and serve.
Note: Sundried Tomato, Basil, Garlic & Pine Nut and Garden Vegetable Seasoning can be substituted for the Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto.
