ORZO (w) FETA, TOMATOES & DILL Lemony Dill
Serves 4 to 6 (side dish)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons Lemony Dill Seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup orzo
1½ cups crumbled feta (6 ounces)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Seasoned Pepper
1. Toss together oil, tomatoes, Lemony Dill Seasoning, zest and ½ teaspoon each of salt & Seasoned Pepper in a large serving bowl. Let stand at least 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook orzo in a pasta pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
3. Drain orzo and toss with tomato mixture. Add feta and toss again.
