OH! SO GARLIC! LEMON SALAD DRESSING Oh! so Garlic!
Makes about ½ cup
1 tablespoon Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning (or to taste)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons orange marmalade or honey
⅓ cup EVOO
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Whisk all ingredients together. Chill at least one hour to bring out the flavors. Drizzle over any type of lettuce salad.
