Mediterranean Pizza Mediterranean Herb Oil Inspired by Mona
Serves 8-10
2 cans pizza dough pressed
3-4 tablespoons Mediterranean Herb Dipping Oil
1 cup feta cheese
1 6-8oz container cherry tomatoes
½ cup garlic pepperoncini
1 3.8oz canned sliced black olives
1 8oz package fresh mozzarella
1. Preheat the oven to 425°
2. Prepare your toppings. Slice the cherry tomatoes into desired size for eating, drain and measure desired amount of pepperoncini’s, open and drain can of olives and slice fresh mozzarella.
3. Use 1-1 ½ tablespoons med herb oil to grease the bottom of your baking pan. Pop cans of pizza dough, lay the two pieces of dough, side by side, making on single layer onto the bottom of the baking pan and press together. Spread out so all sides of dough are touching all sides of the pan.
4. Use the remaining oil and spread onto the top of the pizza dough.
5. Layer the toppings, finishing with mozzarella and feta.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are starting to turn brown and bottom is firm.
*Pizza sauce can be added before layering toppings.
