FRESH FIESTA SALAD Fajita Seasoning
Serves 12
6 teaspoons Fajita Seasoning
6 tablespoons brown sugar
⅔ cup white vinegar
½ cup Avocado Oil
2 seedless cucumbers, chopped
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
5-6 green onions, chopped
16 ounces package frozen corn, thawed
2 (2.25oz) cans black olives, sliced
15 ounce can black beans, drained & rinsed
1. In a small bowl, whisk Fajita Seasoning, brown sugar, vinegar and Avocado Oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing mixture over and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
