EASY MEXICAN BEAN DIP Adobo Seasoning

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Adobo Seasoning
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounces Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced

1. Preheat oven to 325˚F.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook ground beef. Drain fat from the skillet and return to heat. Stir in beans, tomato sauce and Adobo Seasoning. Cook until heated through.
3. Pour mixture into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese, top with sliced jalapeno peppers.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
