CREAMY TOMATO SOUP Basil, Garlic, Pine Nut Pesto
Serves 6 to 8
52 ounces condensed tomato soup
14.5 ounces diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
26 ounces half & half
26 ounces whole milk
4 tablespoons Basil, Garlic, Pine Nut Pesto
Place all of the ingredients in a large stock pot, stir until blended. Cook on low to medium heat until hot.
NOTE: Sundried Tomato Seasoning and Pesto may be substituted for the Basil, Garlic, Pine Nut Pesto
