SLOW COOKED PULLED PORK Smokey Sweet Barbeque Seasoning
Serves 10 to 15
5 pounds boneless pork loin or butt shoulder
4 tablespoons Smokey Sweet Barbeque Seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
14.5oz can chicken broth
1 cup water
Sandwich rolls
1. Mix together Smokey Sweet Barbeque Seasoning and brown sugar. Cut pork in half and thoroughly rub with seasoning mixture. Place in slow cooker along with onion, water and chicken broth.
2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 7 to 8 hours or until pork is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove meat from slow cooker, discard excess fat, and shred. Return to the slow cooker and serve with sandwich buns.
