RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE Ultimate Garlic Oil
Makes 1 cup
½ cup Ultimate Garlic Oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
½ cup fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen), mashed
Salt to taste
Whisk together the first four ingredients until blended. Stir in the raspberries and salt to taste.
