CREAM SAUCE FOR CHICKEN OR FISH Guacamole Seasoning

4 tablespoons Guacamole Seasoning
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons EVOO or butter
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water (if necessary)

1. Combine together and warm in microwave or on stove top.
2. Add water to thin sauce if necessary.
2. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
