What are your business hours?
We are open Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm eastern standard time. Our facility is closed on Fridays.

What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on how much you spend.
$0.01-$8.75 = $3
$8.76-$17.99 = $5
$18-$49.99 = $8
$50 or More = Free

What carriers do you use for shipping products?
The majority of the time we use USPS priority mail or flat rate. Sometimes, depending on the order size, we will use UPS ground or sure post.

I live in Canada, why can’t I place an order? Do you ship to Canada?
We will sell/ship to Canada however we charge actual shipping costs. Please call our office during normal business hours for more details.

What is the processing time for orders?
Our order cut off time is 10am eastern Monday – Thursday. If an order comes in after 10am it will processed the next business day. If an order comes in after 10am on Thursday the order will be processed the following Monday or next business day given a holiday.

How can I find out if your products are sold in any stores near me?
Please either call us or email us with the state you live in and we will email you a list of stores.

Do you sell your product anywhere other than on your website?
Yes, we currently have our products for sale on Amazon, EBay and Walmart.com. We also have a variety of products in stores and shops all over the US. If you would like a list of stores near you please either call us or emails us the state you live in and we will email you the information.

Why do I have to have an account with PayPal to checkout?
You do not need an account with PayPal to checkout. Once you proceed to PayPal scroll down the page and you will see and option to checkout as a guest/use debit or credit card. This option will allow you to enter your information without opening an account.

Why do I have to use PayPal to checkout?
At this time PayPal is the credit card processing system we use to allow our customer to checkout securely while shopping online. You do not have to have an account with PayPal but PayPal is the platform we choose to use for the safety and convenience of our customers.
