This spinach Parmesan bake is the perfect vegetable side dish, featuring tender spinach baked with a rich blend of Lesley Elizabeth Garlic Oil and our aromatic Traditional Italian Seasoning. This easy oven-baked spinach casserole is savory, simple, and loaded with flavor—ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds fresh baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Garlic Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Traditional Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F. In a stockpot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and cook for 1 minute or until just wilted. Drain thoroughly to remove excess water.
  2. In a small skillet, heat the butter and Garlic Oil over medium-low heat. Add Traditional Italian Seasoning and salt. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes to infuse the oil with flavor.
  3. Spread wilted spinach in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle evenly with the butter and Garlic Oil mixture.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
