What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping rates are based on what is in your order and where its shipping. Free shipping when you spend $30 or more.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate. For larger orders, we may use UPS Ground or UPS SurePost.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We do ship to Canada, but actual shipping costs apply.

What is your order processing time?

We try to fulfill orders within 1 business day of receiving the order. Tracking will be sent once it ships.

Are your products sold in stores near me?

Yes! We partner with stores and specialty retailers across the U.S.
