Pomegranate Sparkler Cocktail

A refreshing twist on a classic drink! The Pomegranate Sparkler Cocktail blends tart pomegranate juice and bright citrus with a hint of sweetness, perfectly finished with a sugar-rimmed glass using Lesley Elizabeth Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar. Light, fruity, and effervescent — it’s an elegant cocktail for brunches, celebrations, or any evening that calls for a toast.

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pomegranate juice

  • ¼ cup vodka (or gin for a botanical flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Club soda or sparkling water, to top

  • Ice cubes

  • Lime wedges or pomegranate arils, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glasses:

    In a shaker with ice, combine pomegranate juice, vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until chilled.
