BBQ GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP Maple Bacon Sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Several dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 jar Maple Bacon Sugar
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled & chopped
1 ½ cups coleslaw blend
½ cup shredded cheese
½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
4 whole wheat tortillas (10 inch)
½ cup salsa
¼ cup sour cream
1. Mix all five sauce ingredients in a medium size bowl until well incorporated, set aside.
2. In a medium size bowl, mix together grilled chicken, coleslaw vegetables, cheese, tomatoes and 1 cup of sauce. Refrigerate remainder of sauce for another use.
3. Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortillas. Fold in sides of tortillas, then roll up burrito-style.
4. Grill, seam side down. 8 to 9 minutes or until golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally. Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
