Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery method selected.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Local Pickup
You may opt for free local pickup at our warehouse located at 2121 Tucker Industrial Rd, Tucker, GA 30084. After placing your order and choosing local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup, along with further instructions.

Local pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States via standard shipping methods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

Delivery Issues

Shipping Restrictions

Damages and Issues
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged product for your claim.
