Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken legs, skin removed
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Tandoori Seasoning
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Using a small knife, cut very shallow slits across the surface of each chicken leg to help absorb flavor.
- Place chicken legs into a large zip-top bag.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Lesley Elizabeth Tandoori Seasoning until smooth and well blended.
- Pour marinade into the bag with chicken. Seal the bag and massage to evenly coat the chicken. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to penetrate.
