Stuffed Italian Bread with Garlic & Green Herb Oil and Oh! So Garlic Seasoning

This cheesy, pull-apart Stuffed Italian Bread is an irresistible appetizer or side dish. Loaded with flavor from Lesley Elizabeth Garlic & Green Herb Oil and Oh! So Garlic Seasoning, it’s gooey, herby, and perfect for parties or comfort food nights.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Italian-style bread
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Garlic & Green Herb Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Oh! So Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded Italian blend cheese (any combo works!)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Garlic & Green Herb Oil, Oh! So Garlic Seasoning, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and parsley.
  3. Slice the loaf into cubes with crosshatch (X) cuts, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust.
  4. Using a small spoon, drizzle the butter-oil mixture into the cracks and over the top of the bread.
  5. Stuff shredded cheese generously into all the slices and gaps.
  6. Place the loaf on parchment paper, wrap completely in foil, and seal well.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Unwrap and return to oven for another 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
