Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers
Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Spinach Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix Spinach Seasoning with water. Microwave for 25 seconds, then let cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the seasoned spinach mixture with ground turkey and crumbled feta. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
- Grill or pan-fry burgers over medium heat until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings—try tzatziki, red onion, cucumber slices, or roasted red peppers for a Mediterranean twist.
