Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers with Spinach Seasoning

Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Makes 4 burgers

Featuring: Lesley Elizabeth Spinach Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Spinach Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix Spinach Seasoning with water. Microwave for 25 seconds, then let cool slightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the seasoned spinach mixture with ground turkey and crumbled feta. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
  4. Grill or pan-fry burgers over medium heat until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings—try tzatziki, red onion, cucumber slices, or roasted red peppers for a Mediterranean twist.
