Why Use Lesley Elizabeth Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto?
This blend captures the aromatic, sweet depth of slow-mellowed leeks paired with punchy garlic and savory herbs. Instead of measuring out multiple seasonings, Lesley Elizabeth Leek & Garlic Seasoning & Pesto infuses the rich red wine broth with instant complexity, coating every piece of beef and potato in handcrafted gourmet flavor.
Tips & Variations
Sear the cubed beef in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker to lock in extra caramelized flavor.
Swap chicken broth for beef broth if you prefer a darker, deeper pan sauce.
Thicken the remaining juices with a simple cornstarch slurry during the last 15 minutes of cooking for a rich gravy.
Serve alongside warm crusty bread, a crisp green salad, or roasted winter vegetables.
