Shallot Scallion Leek Vinaigrette with Olive Oil

This Shallot, Scallions & Leeks Vinaigrette Dressing is a quick, versatile, and flavorful recipe using Lesley Elizabeth’s Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning and high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It’s perfect as a salad dressing or a zesty marinade for vegetables like mushrooms or tomatoes!

Shallot, Scallions and Leeks Vinaigrette Dressing

Made with Lesley Elizabeth Favorites:

  • Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning
  • 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined. Alternatively, pour into a shaker bottle and shake well.
  2. Let the vinaigrette sit at room temperature for at least 2–3 hours to allow the flavors to develop. The longer it sits, the better it tastes!

This vinaigrette made with savory Shallots, Scallions & Leeks Seasoning and our smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect on:
