Ingredients
3 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
½ cup finely chopped spinach or green onions
1½ tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Shallots, Scallions & Leeks
1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth Oh! So Garlic
Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mix the Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, Shallots, Scallions & Leeks, Oh! So Garlic, and freshly cracked pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
