Savory Italian Bean & Olive Spread with Traditional Italian Seasoning

This savory Italian Bean & Olive Spread is a simple yet flavorful appetizer made with creamy white beans, briny olives, and Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning. It’s a Mediterranean-inspired dip that’s perfect for pairing with crostini, crackers, or your favorite artisan bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pitted black or green olives
  • 2 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Traditional Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine beans, olives, Italian Seasoning, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until mostly smooth, leaving a bit of texture if preferred.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
