Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Optional: ½ cup corn kernels or shredded cheese

Instructions:
