Sautéed Spinach with Aged Balsamic Vinegar & Garlic Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 18 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 tablespoon Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning or 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat Oh! so Garlic! Seasoning and EVOO in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about one minute to release flavors.
  2. Add half of the spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until it begins to wilt, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining spinach gradually, stirring frequently until all the spinach wilts and the mixture is hot.
  4. Stir in the Aged Balsamic Vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately as a vibrant, healthy vegetable side dish.
