This savory Mexican Monkey Bread is gooey, cheesy, and bursting with flavor thanks to our bold and zesty Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you need a spicy, crowd-pleasing pull-apart bread.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into eighths
- ¼ pound butter, plus 2 tablespoons, melted
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
- ¾ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning, divided
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Dip ⅓ of the biscuit pieces into melted butter and place them in the bottom of the pan.
- Top with ¾ cup shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon Jalapeno Cilantro Seasoning, and ¼ teaspoon parsley flakes.
- Repeat the layering process with another ⅓ of biscuit pieces, ¾ cup cheese, 1 tablespoon seasoning, and ¼ teaspoon parsley.
- Cover with the remaining biscuit pieces and pour over 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then top with the remaining ¼ cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes. Invert bread onto a plate and serve warm.
