Lime Sherbet with Sriracha Salt

This Lime Sherbet Infused with Sriracha Salt is a tangy, creamy treat with a surprising spicy kick. The bold flavor of Lesley Elizabeth Sriracha Salt perfectly balances the sweetness of lime and cream, creating a one-of-a-kind frozen dessert that’s both refreshing and adventurous.

 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • Zest of 3 medium limes
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha Salt, plus more for topping
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, lime zest, lime juice, and Sriracha Salt.
  2. Add the milk and cream, then blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Churn the mixture in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer to a chilled container, cover, and freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
