Jerk Chicken Pizza with Mango Salsa and Lesley Elizabeth Jerk Seasoning

This vibrant Jerk Chicken Pizza combines the bold, spicy flavors of Caribbean jerk seasoning with fresh, tropical mango salsa for a unique and delicious pizza experience. Using Lesley Elizabeth Jerk Seasoning, it’s an easy way to bring authentic island flair to your homemade pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mango salsa (fresh diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Optional: sliced red onions or jalapeños for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Toss shredded chicken with Jerk Seasoning and olive oil until evenly coated.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

  7. Slice and serve immediately.
