Ingredients
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, butter, and Sriracha sauce. Stir constantly until butter melts and mixture is smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in Sriracha Salt.
- Pour the hot mixture over popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated popcorn evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through to ensure even crisping.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Popcorn will crisp as it cools. Break into clusters and enjoy.
