Serves: 4 to 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 15 minutes

Ingredients

12 corn tortillas

3 to 4 tablespoons Lesley Elizabeth Herb It Up! Oil
½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

Optional for extra flavor
Pinch of Lesley Elizabeth Wicked Good Pepper
Pinch of Lesley Elizabeth Oh! So Garlic

Instructions

Prep the Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cut the Tortillas: Stack tortillas and cut into wedges. Cut into sixths for traditional chips or eighths for smaller, scoopable pieces.

Season the Chips: In a large bowl, gently toss tortilla wedges with Herb It Up! Oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle with sea salt and any optional seasonings.

Arrange & Bake: Spread chips in a single layer on prepared baking sheets, making sure they do not overlap. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, rotating pans halfway through, until lightly golden and crisp. Watch closely during the final minutes to prevent over browning.

Cool & Crisp: Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.

Serve: Enjoy warm or at room temperature with guacamole, salsa, queso, or your favorite dip.

Quick Air Fryer Option

Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Arrange chips in a single layer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, checking halfway through.
